Language Services UK Limited (Hereafter referred to as: LSUK) are a highly qualified and experienced professional interpreting and translation services agency offering services in 100 -200 languages covering South West of England and South Wales.

Our linguists and translators are the essential links between the two or more communicating parties and years of experience has equipped us with in-depth knowledge of the industry needs and helped us create customised language solutions for each project.

LSUK clients demand interpretation and translation services of the highest quality, as well as compliance with all official regulations and guidelines.

To ensure that these services are consistently provided to the standards of performance required to satisfy or exceed our client’s expectations and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, it is the policy of Language Services UK Ltd to maintain an effective and efficient Quality Management System based upon the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and ISO 17100:2015 Translation Services, planned and developed in conjunction with other business functions and resourced appropriately.

LSUK have a commitment to clearly identify the needs of our customers and to strive to meet their expectations whilst making best use of available resources.

Appropriate measures have been established to enable LSUK to monitor performance closely, review the effectiveness of services provided and identify areas for improvement.

LSUK encourages and promotes a forward looking environment that embraces the concept of continual improvement and the development of our staff and services through the use of Daily Work-In-Progress meetings, a company Improvements Register and Staff Development meetings.

The quality policy is measured and reviewed through the quality objectives, which are themselves set and reviewed by the Directors on a regular basis at Management Review Meetings. The implementation of the quality policy and objectives is the responsibility of every member of staff and those working with us. LSUK’s Quality Manual and associated documents describe in an appropriate level of detail the policies, processes and operating practices to be followed.
